HOWEVER, THE LOW-POWER STATION WAS JUST AN OUTLET FOR THOSE TWO GUYS TO DO THEIR SATURDAY MORNING RACE CAR TALK SHOW LOCALLY, TALKING TO RACE CAR DRIVERS EVERY WEEK. THERE WERE NO EMPLOYEES BECAUSE IT MADE NO MONEY TO PAY ANYONE FOR ITS THIRTEEN YEARS. MR. YOUNG WAS PROGRAM MANAGER FOR ITS INITIAL YEAR IN THE YEARS 2003-2004 ONLY. THE FCC ENTERED THE PICTURE WHEN THE TWO PARTNERS HAD FAILED TO REDUCE THE HEIGHT OF THE RADIO ANTENNA ATOP THE BROADWAY TOWER BY LESS THAN A FEW FEET, AS REQUESTED BY THE FCC, AND ADJUST THE TRANSITTED FREQUENCY (2013-14). BOTH WERE ORDERED BY THE FCC TWICE OVER A SPAN OF SIX MONTHS TO FIX THIS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WAS A FINE OF $10,000 AND POTENTIALLY BE TAKEN OFF OF THE AIR - which was the end result in 2014. Jimmy, you are dumb. Really, really retarded. I can now understand why Allycat had to help you finish college because you are mentally incapable of learning and retaining any information. The ONLY felony stalking is by you. Still. 23 years later. You cannot stop. Mainly because you are sick in the head. KEIF has been off the air for a DECADE. LET IT GO LOSER. Fraud, does that ring a bell? Hmmmm, it should because you are using that word often about OTHERS. But you are the one that did it. You committed major fraud against the US Military claiming that you were in the Army and used their Combat Earplugs and lost your hearing, and somehow...somehow dude, lied to the lawyers in the lawsuit and won some of the settlement. See dude, here is the problem. You were not even in the Army long enough to use them. Your time amounted to: a month and a week, which in Army terms means that you couldn't even clear 'White Phase' and move onto 'Red Phase' in training enabling you to go to actual training with said weapons AND using earplugs. In short, you were sitting in a waiting room because you could not even complete the standard Physical and then pass each of the steps. Pitiful. You are a MAJOR FRAUD.
